Diana Wojsznis, the founder of isenzo consulting, has been mastering project delivery for over 18 years. Her project management expertise focuses on technology within regulatory and compliance environments; specifically Financial Services, Healthcare and Higher Education. Diana specializes in helping executives define problems and put together action plans that the project teams can execute with confidence. She also has an innate ability to bridge the gap between leadership and project teams, establishing symbiotic relations that produce great results.
Her past engagements varied in size and complexity but always had one thing in common - they run like well-oiled machines. In fact, they run so well that her assignments quickly changed from “manage projects” to “fix” or “clean up” projects. Most of those projects involved huge amounts of effort; however, the issues would always appear at the conversion point of effort into tangible results. This experience inspired Diana to start isenzo consulting to help companies in transforming energy and effort into tangible results; help organizations transform motion into action. She is passionate about getting things done right, and most of all consistently right.
Diana holds an undergraduate degree and MBA in Finance; is a Professional Scrum Master and PMP certified. When she is not solving problems for organizations, you can find her trail running around the Portland area, inventing new recipes or tending to her garden.
